DjedCore

Nuclear delivery intelligence

A delivery is not ready until the evidence is ready.

DjedCore closes the traceability gap between the owner, the EPC contractor, vendors and subcontractors. The regulator gets a verified view of exactly what licensing needs, and nothing more.

Consulting services are available now. The platform is in development with early-access partners.

Eight layers of traceability

The djed is one of the oldest symbols of ancient Egypt: a pillar of stacked layers that stands for stability and endurance. Our work follows the same idea. Layers of evidence, from law and licence down to a single test record, stacked so that the whole structure holds.

The traceability gap

Records break where one company hands work to the next.

On a nuclear project, the owner, the EPC contractor, vendors and their subcontractors each keep their own records. A component can arrive on site, pass a visual check and still not be installable: its certificate covers another heat number, its drawing was revised after the factory test, or a sub-tier supplier's record never reached the EPC. The schedule says ready. The evidence does not. Too often the regulator finds the gap first.

  • 01

    Traceability gaps

A drawing revision supersedes the one a test was run against. Every record checked against the old revision is now in doubt, and no system says so.

  • 02

    Schedule blindness

The schedule shows a work package ready to start. It does not know a hold point is still open or a welder's qualification expired last week.

  • 03

    Late regulatory surprises

Gaps that could have been closed in the factory are found at inspection, when fixing them costs months.

Why we exist

Vision

Every nuclear component can prove, in minutes, that it is the right item, made the right way and acceptable for its exact place in the plant. New reactors are licensed on verified evidence instead of last-minute paperwork.

Mission

We close the traceability gap between owners, EPC contractors, vendors and subcontractors, and give regulators a verified, need-to-know view of the evidence licensing depends on. Today we do this through licensing and quality services. Next, through a reactor-neutral platform we are building with early partners.

Two ways we help

How the platform works

  1. 01

    Link

Bind each item, lot or serial number to its requirements and its evidence.

  2. 02

    Check

Evaluate nine readiness gates for every work package. Blocked is derived, never typed in.

  3. 03

    Seal

Record every change as an event in an append-only, SHA-256 hash-chained log.

  4. 04

    Share

Give the regulator a scoped, read-only view of what licensing needs.

Canonical data model

Four questions, kept apart.

What a material is, where it is, what is known about it, and whether it is acceptable for a particular use. A single status field cannot answer all four, so the model never collapses them into one.

The Documentation Trap: Nuclear Projects That Lost Years and Billions

Seven projects, including Olkiluoto 3, Flamanville 3, Hanhikivi 1 and V.C. Summer, together with Korea's 2012–2013 certificate scandal, and what their documentation failures have in common. It ends with a red-flag checklist for your own licence file.

Regulated-Sector Information Entropy

A physics-informed framework for stakeholder dynamics and supply-chain resilience in the nuclear ecosystem. It sorts project information into layers from public to classified, scores how evenly information is spread with an entropy measure, and models stakeholders as a multiplex network of material, financial, regulatory, information and political links.
